    感冒好了真开心!

    上周我感冒,现在好了,我总结了一下, 千万不能让自己太疲劳,否则很容易感冒。就算你很有精神,但抵抗力已经不行了。还有人多地方细菌也多。万一真的感冒了,吃一点阿司匹林,咖啡因,扑尔敏为主要成分的普通感冒药就行了,不发烧就不要吃抗生素。听说有个研究发现,感冒不吃药2周好,吃药14天好,大概意思是说主要靠抵抗力吧。所以我们得多锻炼,多吃,多睡,这样便不容易得感冒。。。
     
    另外,我选的课都还行,比以前有意思我觉得。
